1858. NGC graded Proof 67. Rich golden and russet toning on both sides with a few small flecks of royals blue near the rims. One of the tough early proof issues, seldom offered at all, especially so at the superb graded level of this amazing coin. Only 100 or so struck, the precise number seems to be subject to some argument today. Regardless of the precise number, this is one of the finest examples today! Pop 4; 4 finer at NGC.
