1797 S-139 R1 F12. Slightly sharper but there are a few contact marks hidden on both sides including a scuff on the 17 and another on the T in CENT and the leaves below. These marks are well hidden in the glossy olive brown and dark steel toning. Shallow greenish olive crud shows in protected areas around the portrait. E-MDS, Breen state II early, with a single die crack from the rim to the hair below the ribbon. The date and legends are all bold. Estimate Value $450 - UP
