Marcus Aurelius. Æ Sestertius (25.58 g), as Caesar, AD 138-161. Rome, under Antoninus Pius, AD 152/3. Bare-headed and draped bust of Marcus Aurelius right. Reverse: Minerva seated right, holding spear and drawing out aegis on breast; round shield rests against seat and spear to left. RIC 1309b. Nice green patina. Choice Very Fine. Estimate Value $700 - 900
