1794 S-51 R4 VG8. Sharpness F12 or slightly better, especially on the obverse, but the fields and protected areas are covered with minor roughness while the highpoints are smooth. The toning is an attractive and rather glossy light olive and medium chocolate brown. No verdigris or notable marks. Rare LDS, Breen state III, with die cracks through 179, bust tip, and pole to the rim at the right. The date is strong and the legends are clear except for minor weakness at the top of MERICA.
