1794 S-49 R2 VF20. Ten points sharper but there are some light pin scratches on the portrait and in the field to the right. The surfaces are smooth and the only other marks are some light nicks scattered over the reverse including a rim nick at the T in UNITED. Very attractive glossy medium chocolate brown and olive. Sharply struck LDS, Breen state III. The vertical die crack down through the E in LIBERTY is strong and it reaches down into the hair left of the neck. A neat die state. Estimate Value $1,500 - UP
