1840. NGC graded MS-63. Lovely toning on both sides which ranges from aqua blue and teal into the more commonly seen subtle gray and russet. The strike is sharp on all devices. Furthermore, this is the first year of this new style of Gobrecht silver dollar, and although some were saved, nice Choice coins like this are hard to find and in strong demand.
