1903-O. NGC graded MS-65. Wonderful rainbow toning on both sides with the obverse showing bright silver over Liberty's head and framed in deeper surrounding tones. The reverse is more evenly toned and also quite attractive. Sharply struck and scarce this nice, especially for the New Orleeans coinage of 1903. Pop 10; 2 finer in 66. Estimate Value $3,500 - UP
