Lot of 2: Original Decree # 25 hand signed by General Wrangel. January 17, 1921 on his yacht Lukul announcing the election of Maj. General Nauomenko as Ataman of Kuban Army Cossacks. Accompanied by original B&W photo of Maj. Gen. Naoumenko at the investiture ceremony accepting the baton of his authority. The officer standing behind him is V.I.V.
