Mounted collection of 125 mint stamps on Scott Specialty pages with Airmails, Special Delivery issues, Postage Dues, Parcel Post issues and others with many better stamps. Includes five PF or PSE certs up to 2018, some qualified. Many stamps are NEVER HINGED, others OG, hinged or regummed. Overall centering is fine to very fine with many pretty stamps. Mixed condition to be expected and a few stamps are in the wrong spots but a good number of sound stamps present. High cat value. Examination highly recommended for full appreciation.
