Jiaquing Marked, Chinese Famille Rose Bowl Surrounded with Court Children Playing. Wonderful and charming famille rose bowl of children playing instruments, flying kites, holding lanterns, carrying flowers surrounding the inside and outside of the bowl with the bottom of bowl, a child of some royalty or importance. Seven highly detailed, hand painted children on inside of bowl and nine on the outside in fine court apparel atop a copper-red glaze inside and out. Jiaquing square mark with turquoise glaze surrounding at base. No cracks, chips or repairs with only very light rubbing to gilt edge of bowl. 3¼ x 5 x 5" and an extremely appealing piece.
