Elegant Yongzheng Marked Vase with Flying Bats & Clouds in Relief Surrounded by Three Gorgeous Vignettes of Fishing and Sailing. An absolutely beautiful superbly potted vase with an ovoid body elegantly sweeping to a tall cylindrical neck. In soft aqua glaze with bats and clouds in high relief that completely surround three oval vignettes. Each vignette capturing at different points of view, a settlement of villages near a river with beautiful details of the landscape, buildings, mountains and water. One vignette has three small boats with sails in the distance as two men cross a small foot bridge in the foreground, the second a fisherman on a pier with cherry blossoms flanking and boats upon the water, and the third and possibly most lovely, a couple being ferried across the water, homes in the background and a well dressed individual in the foreground flanked by gorgeous trees taking in the views.
