An excellent collection of some of the greatest standards from the 1920s and 1930s, many film or theater related and by some of the greatest composers of the early 20th Century and most boasting very appealing art worthy of framing. Included are: Florenz Ziegfeld's "Follies of 1936", "Rio Rita (great image Bebe Daniels), "Shine on Harvest Moon" with Ruth Etting on cover and his production of "Showboat" Also "The Continental" from "The Gay Divorce" Pennies From Heaven" and "Sweet Leilani" both sung by Bing Crosby, Nelson Eddy and Eleanor Powell "Rosalie by Cole Porter, 'Varsity Show" starring Dick Powell, "Fox Trot Ballad" with great image of Charlie Chaplin, "Short'nin' Bread" with Black Americana art and more. A few have names on the cover but very discreet. All in very fine to excellent condition, very well kept for almost a hundred years with many boasting images worthy of framing.
