1843 N-4 R1 Petite Head, Reverse of 1844 PCGS graded MS62 Brown. Lustrous medium chocolate brown and steel. The fields are satiny and the eye appeal is excellent. However a glass reveals some contact marks scattered over both sides, the only significant one being a dull vertical scratch left of the O in ONE. Nicely struck EDS, die state a, with minor repunching visible under the right base of the 1. Our grade is AU55 sharpness net EF45. The attribution and Twin Leaf provenance are noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 2; 12 finer in BN. Estimate Value $300 - UP
