1881-CC. NGC graded MS-66+ Deep Prooflike. A blazing white gem that shows frost piled high on Liberty's cheek, virtually undistrubed by bag handling and nearly miraculous as such. The strike is full and sharp. For the reverse the deep mirror contrast is instantly evident upon viewing, with stunning white frost standing tall against the boldly reflective fields. Furthermore, the surfaces are virtually free of all but a few tiny contact marks. A prized grade on this Carson City issue and worthy of any advanced set. Pop 2; 2 finer in 67 as Deep Prooflike.
