1812. Overton-110, Rarity 1. NGC graded MS-66. Boldly struck with light toning and strong luster and full definition on all of Liberty's curls. Notice theh depth of the star centers too, which are seldomm found so crisp. The reverse shows full feather definition, along with the shield lines. What really sets this coin apart is the extraordinary quality of the surfaces, for the fields and devices are pristine, and show virtually no signs of handling. This is quite remarkable given this is an early, 1812 dated Capped Bust half dollar. A fantastic opportunity for the date specialist. Pop 19; none finer at NGC for the date.
