1871. PCGS graded MS-65. A nice white coin with a touch of pale gold near the rims. The surfaces show a few shallow bag scuffs as expected, but the overall eye appeal and ample mint frost are strong and intact. Scarcely found so well preserved, and a desirable example of this early, scarce issue that was struck soon after the end of the Civil War. Pop 3; 4 finer, 2 in 66, 1 in 67+, 1 in 68.
