Volusian. Silver Antoninianus (3.38 g), AD 251-253. Rome. IMP CAE C VIB VOLVSIANO AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Volusian right. Reverse: P M TR P III COS II, emperor standing facing, head left, sacrificing out of patera over altar to left, and holding roll. RIC 141; RSC 94. Traces of luster remain. Lightly toned.
