Mammoth Collection of Commemorative Coins and Medals Celebrating the Earliest Days of the Satellite to Shuttle Program. Enormous collection (40 Pounds!) of commemorative coins celebrating Man's Exploration of Space. Hundreds of medals and medallions mostly in bronze, copper and nickle (with some silver over bronze.) Many of these pieces are quite large and the craftsmanship and artistry in their execution absolutely beautiful, the reliefs pronounced and boasting great details. Again these are collectible medals/coins not of gold or silver. However a few may have slipped past, for example the Israeli collection of three pictured. Once again the collection weighs 40 pounds and while ground shipping perfectly reasonable, it would prove a consideration overseas. Estimate Value $250 - UP
