Large 3-ring binder, hand made tabs, referenced (with numerous handwritten notations in the Crew Activity Plan sections) the notebook quite comprehensive addressing every aspect of the flight. This was Shuttle Atlantis' second flight and the 23rd Space Shuttle mission, a satellite deployment.
