Astronaut Personal Preference NASA Kit Likely Apollo Era. Astronaut Personal Preference Kit very likely Apollo era. Personal preference kit (PPK) for use by astronauts who were allowed to take up to 20 items that could fit into one PPK likely patches, small flags, rabbit's foot etc. The design of this PPK was used into the Shuttle program made of Nomex. Measures 6 x 9". We have sold this PPK before, but never one with NASA tag complete with dates (April and May, 1973) vacuum sealed with label NASA-MSC DO NOT OPEN FOR USE OR INSPECTION, CLEANED FOR SERVICE. The final date on tag "released from bonded storage" July, 1995. The last PPK sold for over $600 from the Shuttle Era and given the dates and tags, this one is even more desirable.
