Plastic/Resin Test Model of Seated Astronaut, Apollo Era. From the estate of a celebrated, 30+ years NASA production controller comes this Apollo era model that breaks apart into three sections of an astronaut maneuvering the rotation hand controller (RHC). Too crude to be in any way a commercial model. That said we have no absolute certainty what this piece might have been used for at NASA but it certainly intrigues and a find for any level of collector 5½ x 4½ x 2". Our guess it was used for modeling and scale in the command capsule. Estimate Value $250 - UP
