Five Apollo Program Food Packages and One Towel. Apollo food proved a great leap in nutrition and taste over the Gemini era tubed foods. Offered are five such packages, most freeze dried with hot or cold water to prepare, others that could be eaten right out of the bag. Included is Potato Salad, Beef With Vegetable, Fruit Salad, Orange Drink and Pea Soup. Also included is a skin cleaning towel. Tremendous history here. All packs definitely show their age, but labels remain legible and the bags have remained sealed. (Some have red velcro designating evidently the Mission Commander.)
