Abraham Lincoln and George Washington Engravings. A head-and-shoulders engraving of Lincoln from Charles Barry's June 1860 shows Abraham Lincoln, facing right, 16¼ x 13½". The caption says: "Reproduced from a rare Portrait drawing the first from life made in June 1860, following his Nomination. Boston: Published November 1911, by Otto Wiecher. Book and Printseller, 8 Pemberton Square." Attractively matted and framed to an overall size of 23½ x 21½". Fine. With a George Washington head-and-shoulders engraving with "Washington" printed at the lower edge, 14¾ x 11½", framed in a vintage wood frame to 18½ x 15½". Estimate Value $300 - UP
