Beautiful Chinese Lemon Yellow Famille Rose Round Bowl with 6 Character Qianlong Mark on Base. A Chinese famille rose round bowl with six character Qianlong mark on base. Bowl is vibrantly painted with a flower blooms to the one side issuing from the rim a trailing single stem and bloom extending to the right, with a single small blossom opposite. The glaze is very lightly etched (sgraffiato) in complex scroll pattern giving the even lemon-yellow glaze a dynamic texture. On base the paper label for the Vermeer & Griggs Collection.
