Four Sterling Silver Sculpted Plates Commemorating The Great Artistry of Michelangelo. From England and Danbury Mint, four exquisitely sculpted sterling silver plates that recreate 4 of Michelangelo's greatest artistic achievements, The Pietà, Moses, The Holy Family and The Creation of Adam. All four are 9" in diameter, weigh 12¼ ozt. and come in red satin presentation boxes. Overall in excellent condition with the Pietà having one tiny ding easily polished out by a jeweler. Two are numbered 5700 and the other two 5840 out of an edition of 7500. Total, approximately 50 ozt. of sterling silver. Estimate Value $1,000 - UP
