World War I - Signatures of the Big Four: Wilson, Lloyd-George, Clemenceau, and Orlando. Separate signatures of the Big Four leaders who met at the Paris Peace Conference in January 1919: U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, signed with sentiment; British Prime Minister David Lloyd-George, signed "D Lloyd-George"; French Prime Minister Georges Clemenceau, signed "G Clemenceau" with sentiment; and Italian Prime Minister Vittorio Emanuele Orlando, signed "V.E. Orlando" and dated "Rome, June 2, 1930." Some blurring to Lloyd-George's signature, and a couple of spots on the "V" in Orlando's first initial, else fine. Matted with an image of the four in Paris in 1919. Housed in a morocco holder with gilt borders and lettering. Estimate Value $200 - UP
