Lower portion of a document signed ("F.C. Frémont"), 2¼ x 8", no date; accompanied by an engraving. Richard Byrd, American naval officer, aviator and polar explorer. Attractive program for a 1930 dinner given in honor of Rear Admiral Byrd and his associate explorers of the Antarctic by The Merchants' Association of New York at the Hotel Astor, June 19, 1930, inscribed and signed, "To my friend Wallington with great appreciation and all good wishes. R E Byrd" on the inside cover; mounting remnants on verso of program. Jacques-Yves Cousteau, French naval officer, explorer, conservationist, filmmaker, innovator, scientist, photographer, author and researcher. Photo inscribed and signed "To Michael!
