1840, 1d Black Plated Grouping, 16 Used Stamps & 2 Covers. Group of 16 used stamps and 2 covers, all on annotated quadrille pages from an old collection. Since the plate identifications have not been confirmed, all are figured as cheapest with cancel value included as all are either black or red Maltese Cross canceled. Plates include #1b (x3), 2 (x4), 3 (x7), 4 (x2) and covers are plates 2 & 5. Some faults but most are fine or better. Estimate Value $900 - UP
