Judaea, Bar Kokbha Revolt. Silver Zuz (2.60 g). 132-135 CE. Undated, attributed to year 3 (134/5 CE). 'Simon' (Paleo-Hebrew) bunch of grapes with leaf and tendril. Reverse: 'For the freedom of Jerusalem' (Paleo-Hebrew), elongated lyre with three strings. Hendin 1435; Mildenberg 203 (O24/R131); TJC 274. Removed from an NGC slab graded AU, Strike: 3/5, Surface: 3/5. Lightly toned with areas of the underlying Trajan denarius visible on both sides. Estimate Value $700 - 800
