1798 S-144 R5+ Large 8, Style I Hair G4+. Very slightly sharper but there is a smooth, shallow dent at RT in LIBERTY. Otherwise the surfaces are decent for the grade, mostly smooth and void of any notable marks. MDS with an obvious wave slanting across the reverse but the die crack at OF has not formed. The date and legends are clear except for those few letters affected by the wave on the reverse. Estimate Value $750 - UP
