1797 S-135 R3 NGC graded XF40. Frosty olive and darker bluish steel brown with very subtle puffs of reddish chocolate on the obverse. Looks smooth to the unaided eye but a glass reveals traces of extremely fine roughness, mostly on the obverse. No marks or verdigris. Nicely struck MDS, Breen state III. The date and legends are all bold. Our grade is EF40+ sharpness net VF30. The attribution is noted on the NGC label. Estimate Value $2,000 - UP
