1793 S-9 R2 Wreath Cent with Vine & Bars Edge G4. A few points sharper with surfaces that are a bit uneven, especially the reverse, but there is no trace of obvious corrosion or verdigris. There are a few old, light scratches hidden in the toning but no rim bumps or other defects. Rather glossy medium reddish brown with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. The date and legends are complete and easily readable, although a few letters are relatively weak. Not perfect but not too bad for a G4 Wreath Cent. EDS, Breen state I, before any die cracks on the reverse. Estimate Value $700 - UP
