1870 Pattern Dime. Silver, plain edge. Judd-856. Pollock-936. High Rarity 6. PCGS graded Proof 65. PQ. A nice untoned pattern with just a hint of gold over reflective surfaces. The strike is sharp, and designs quite elegant on this Standard Silver issue.The obverse has Liberty facing right, wearing a cap with stars across as a headband, and flowing ribbons behind her head and onto her shoulder. The Motto is on a raised ribbon below. The reverse has an open wreath of laurel and oak, within reads 10 / CENTS. STANDARD SILVER surrounds and the date is below. Oustanding quality for this issue.
