1796. PCGS graded VG Details. Cleaned. Nice blue and grey toning on both sides now, with only a trace of old cleaning when closely examined. The surfaces are generally smooth from moderate circulation. A key issue as these were only struck with the Draped Bust, Small Eagle combination in 1796. Hence all type collectors need an example.
