1811 C-2 R3 F15. Sharpness near EF40 but covered with fine granularity, strongest on the reverse. Partly glossy dark greenish olive, the patina suggesting this piece was lost in soil for a period of time. The only notable marks are a rim nick at star 3 and another at the bottom of the reverse. Nicely struck LDS, Manley state 3.0. The die clashmarks on the obverse are clear and the reverse is cracked through OF to the dentils midway to the adjacent A. Estimate Value $1,000 - UP
