1863. PCGS graded MS-66 PQ. CAC. Pop 22; 7 finer in Mint State at PCGS. A low mintage date, with only 21,000 struck, right during the depths of the Civil War. Not many were saved, certianly not many like this sparkling white gem! The luster is strong and the devices show abundant frost.
