DIVO/AVGVSTO/S P Q R in three lines above, Augustus seated left on chair, holding olive-branch and scepter, in ornate cart drawn left by four elephants. Reverse: TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVST P M TR POT XXIIII (sic) around large S C. RIC 62; BN 90; BMC 108. Glossy greenish-brown patina, smoothing in fields and tooling of lettering and devices. A very handsome and scarce issue. Sharpness of Very Fine. Estimate Value $1,000 - 1,300
