1890-CC. PCGS graded AU-58. Lovely golden toning with coppery accents and attractive shades over luster. These large double eagles are especially popular when they were struck at the Carson City Mint, as that wild west location comes with its own credentials and ample history. Hence these large gold coins have many stories to tell from these heady days. Nice reflective fields. Only 91,209 struck (PCGS # 9014) Estimate Value $5,000 - 5,500

Realized $5,875
