1810 C-1 R1 Repunched 0 AU50. Lustrous reddish brown and light chocolate with lighter greenish olive toning on the portrait, most likely from an old cleaning. This piece has the sharpness and eye appeal of a mint state half cent. The only marks, and it takes a good glass to see them, are dozens of microscopic specks of dark toning scattered over the reverse, mostly on the upper half. LDS. The dies are worn and flowlined, and the repunching at the lower left of the 0 in the date is gone. The reverse is rotated 20 degrees CCW. Estimate Value $600 - UP
