Edward IV (1461-1485), gold Ryal or rose-noble, undated. 7.67 g, Light coinage period (1464-1470). London mint. Mint mark, Plain cross (1461-4). King standing facing in ship holding sword and shield, rose on ship's side, banner inscribed E at ship's stern. Rev. Rose upon a radiate sun in center of floritated cross, large fleurs in spandrels.
