Beautiful 1925, $20 US gold coin (likely would grade AU) and lightly cleaned in an impressive, custom 14k yellow gold bezel with interesting detail. Coin was designed by Augustus Saint Gaudens and weighs just at 33½ grams without bezel and with, 41½ grams.
