1903. PCGS graded Proof 65+ Cameo. CAC. PQ. Fully untoned with blazing bright reflectivity save for a minor copper speck on the upper reverse on I of IN in the Motto. The strike is bold as expected, with full die definition on all the devices. The mirror fields are highly reflective and offer a fair amount of visual contrast, enough to earn the Cameo designation from PCGS. This is a late issue Proof to show this degree of contrast as many of this date are struck in the all mirrro format with limited contrast.
