1859-C. NGC graded AU-58. Lightly toned with attractive orange-gold patina. Well struck for the "C" mint issue with only a touch of softness on the neck feathers of the eagle. Average surfaces with a few minor backmarks, one below ER of AMERICA will serve to identify this nice coin. Only 31,847 struck. Pop 33; 14 finer, 4 in 60, 7 in 61, 2 in 61+, 1 in 62.
