1916-D Mercury Dime. PCGS graded MS-64 Full Bands. This coin came to us from an old time collection and we sent it in for grading just prior to the sale. Examination of the surfaces will show very few signs of contact marks or hairlines, and the coin is certainly very nice for the grade. We note choice antique toning on both sides over lustrous fields, and the strike is complete, with full bands at the center of the fasces. If you want a splendid example for your date set, then take a look at this coin.
