1880 Liberty Seated Dime. NGC graded Proof 66 Cameo. The Cameo designation is rarely used by NGC, in fact only 5 coins have been awarded this, with a single coin achieving the "Ultra Cameo" designation. For regular proofs, NGC has graded 194 in all grades, showing how the cameo coins represent just three percent of those graded. The toning on this one is superb, deep blues and greens at the rims and fading to yellow beneath the letters. Frosty white at the centers. A few faint scuffs in the fields, but they are minimal, keeping this coin in the PF-66 class. If you love cameo separation and superb surfaces and color, then this is the coin for you.
