1829 Capped Bust Dime. Medium 10c. . R-12. PCGS graded MS-66. A superb coin, and certainly one of the finest known of the date! PCGS reports just 4 graded this high, with 2 graded higher. Note the deep gray toning throughout, with a smooth cheek on Liberty that shows no signs of handling. The stars and curls are deeply impressed by the dies, and no signs of weakness are seen. If you demand a coin for the ages, then take a look.
