Each bears numbered certificate signed by an astronaut from the respective mission. Includes Apollo 9 Kapton foil insulation from LM 'Spider' (Rusty Schweickart signed cert, #60/200), Apollo 13 couch segment from CSM 'Odyssey' (Fred Haise signed cert, #60/200), Apollo 14 Beta cloth segment flown on CSM 'Kittyhawk' (Edgar Mitchell signed cert, #24/200) and Apollo 16 Pirosystem schematic FLOWN TO THE LUNAR SURFACE (Charlie Duke signed cert #24/200).
