U.S. Army and Navy Medals, Including WW2 Distinguished Service Cross Bronze Medal, Cuban Pacification Medals, and China Service Campaign Medal (1) The Distinguished Service Cross is the second highest military award that can be given to a member of the United States Army. It is only awarded for actions in combat. Original box is present but flattened.
(2&3) Two Cuban Pacification Campaign Medals: Struck for the U.S. Navy and Army personnel who took part in this brief conflict (1906-1909). One has Cuban Pacification 1908 on the obverse and United States Navy For Service on the reverse; one has Cuban Pacification 1906-1909 on the obverse and United States Army For Service on the reverse. Images are different. Both with original ribbons and pins. Army box is intact; Navy box is present but flattened.
(3) China Service Campaign Medal. An official U.S. Mint struck medal, in mint condition. Still in the original U.S. Mint box and still in original tissue. Awarded for services performed during operations in China or in Chinese territorial waters or contiguous ocean areas from July 7, 1937 to Sept. 7, 1939 and from Sept. 2, 1945 to April 1, 1957.
