1839/6 N-1 R3+ Overdate 9 over 6 PCGS graded VF20. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. The surfaces are smooth and the eye appeal is excellent, but a glass reveals some contact marks on both sides. The notable ones are a pair of old scratches from the ear lobe onto the cheek and several planchet flakes or depressions on the rim over STATE. EDS, before the horizontal die crack from the dentils over star 3 to the nose. Our grade is net F12. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. Estimate Value $2,000 - UP
