Consists of: rare 1936 application form with price list for purchasing the half dollars, Extremely Fine; rare dated subscriptions/invoices originally shipped with the purchased coins, same type as depicted on Page 141 of the Swiatek and Breen book, creased Very Fine (4); original distribution envelopes, one cut to detach the stamps (2); a damaged 5-slot mailing card for the coins. A great group of historical documents missing from many collections. There's no coin in this lot. Lot of 8 items.
